Table Mates Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Full refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled event.

  • No refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event. There are no exceptions to this.

  • Partial refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund only if we are able to fill the vacated seat with a replacement.
    If we do not find replacement you will receive a 50% refund.

2. Rescheduling: Participants may not reschedule their reservations. Please make sure to select an event date that you can attend.

3. Exceptions: We do not make exceptions for extenuating circumstances or emergencies.

4. Cancellation Request Process:

  • To request a cancellation, participants must send an email to info@tablemates.be with "Cancellation: [Event Date and Location]" in the subject line. Please include your name and reservation details in the email.

5. Penalties for No-Shows:

  • Participants who are no-shows* for an event without prior notice may face the following consequences:

    • First and second no-show: Warning and no refund.

    • Third no-show: Banned from using Table Mates' services.

*It does not count as a no-show if you contacted us in advance.

6. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly. Refunds can take up to 10 work days to be processed.

Table Mates reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
