Table Mates Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Tables where only the Table Mates Fee was paid:

Full refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event.

No refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
Tables where the meal was prepaid:
-
Full refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event.

50% refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the event.

No refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
There are no exceptions to this. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Rescheduling: Participants may not reschedule their reservations. Please make sure to select an event date that you can attend.
Hosts can reschedule their tables up to 72 hours before their table. If they reschedule within 72 hours before the table they get no refund.
To reschedule your table you can cancel your current table in your dashboard and request a new one.
3. Exceptions: We do not make exceptions for extenuating circumstances or emergencies.
4. Cancellation Request Process:

To cancel your attendance, you can click the red cross in your dashboard. If you want to cancel within 24 hours of the event we also ask you contact +32 470 13 60 29 via text or phone call (we prefer text).
5. Penalties for No-Shows:

Participants who are no-shows* for an event without prior notice may face the following consequences:

First and second no-show: Warning and no refund.

Third no-show: Banned from using Table Mates' services.

*It does not count as a no-show if you contacted us in advance.
6. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly. Refunds can take up to 20 work days to be processed. If you haven't received your refund after 20 work days, please contact info@tablemates.be
Table Mates reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
